turned out great
it's freezing down here in FL, at least in the low 50's

Thats probably the best looking pizza I have seen yet! Of course I love mushrooms and cheese, but this looks the best ever to me. Do you make your own crust, or buy it ready to go? Either way the crust looks great.[p]Later,

I cannot tell a lie, it's a Boboli crust I got from W-Mart. Its works great, you just need to rub on some olive oil on both sides. I am very interested in making my own dough, but have no clue where to start.

Bob,here in western Pa. I can buy a ball of dough at Walmart that is frozen for like 70 cents. I believe it is Sal's, I make 3 pizza's out of one dough ball, very thin. And by the way, send me some of that freezing low 50's, it is 3 degrees here right now, 7:30AM.

BobMarlin,[p]Very nice! Just a small pointer, as the outside of the toppings are more done than the middle of the toppings. Leave the bottom vent wide open and control the cooking temperature with only the top vent. This method will stir the air better in the dome area and result in a more even cook.[p]Certainly not cutting up that beauty you have made.[p]Spin
