I have a 7lb. flat and didn't have time to marinade overnight. Ideas? I'm thinking Cowlick with a dome temp of 250. How long usually?

Sandbagger,
There is a first time for everything. I think I will go between 10-12 hours. Pull at 195 and rest in a cooler before slicing.
Looking forward to using it.[p]Mike
