My neighbor, here in Savannah, GA has challenged me to a pork butt competition. She is using a Charbroil gas grill. I almost feel sorry for her. I cranked up the egg at around 6 o clock this morning. I am posting this because I resolve to not let the egg nation down. I need some advice.... how early is too early to start knocking back cold ones in the egg nation?

It was almost a shameful event for the neighbor. She ended up cooking hers in an oven with pineapples on it. I actually let my other neighbor pull the bone out of mine with ooohs and ahhhs from the judges. It was a total beatdown
