Got back to Atlanta at 0700 yesterday after 56 hours of travel from Balad, Iraq. My wife and three teenagers were not expecting me, so they got quite a surprise when they answered the door. I did spatchcock chicken last night, but fell asleep during the cook. I woke up, told my wife when to take it off, and went to bed. I hear it was good![p]Looking forward to 15 days of cooking, beer, cooking, beer, getting reacquainted with my wife, cooking. . .well, you get the idea.[p]I think tonight will be steak.[p]Jim
