I have been bragging to my fellow employees of my cooking on the BGE. I had been called upon to fix something on Big Green for a fellow Deputys birthday. I started Tuesday night and done a slow indirect pork butt for the 20 hour cook. I served the pulled pork up today with chopped cabbage and Grandma Stevens secret mustard sauce. 'Wow 'was all everyone said. I'm afraid I may have started something I will not be able to control.....BGE meals for everyones birthday. I am in need of a new digital camera to post up some pics of my cooking. I cook at least five times a week on my BGE. This BGE thing is very contagious.
