mikeb6109,
DP's Red Eye is really good on tenderloinsand that maple one should be great, just dont over cook them. I pull them at 135 and rest under foil ten minutes. -RP

Pretty hard to mess up a pork tenderloin.[p]I have tried quite a few ways and they have all come out tasting great.[p]Toy Man

Toy Man,
i have done them in the past but i'm looking for new ideas...like i never stuffed one and might try that if i get a recipe...
thanks mike

I've done one stuffed with poblano, Monterrey Jack and Portabello's...it's under customer recipes on the Dizzy Pig site. However, one of my favorites is skewered tenderloin medallions marinated in balsamic and raspberry chipotle.[p]Mike

I usually just butterfly them and dump the sauce of the moment in and tie it back up. Amazing how all of the sauce gets absorbed into the meat.[p]Toy Man

Toy Man,
actually i saw on chef at home, he had stuffed a pork chop i think i might incorporate it one of my tenderloins. all he did was fry up some italian sausage added onions, choped apples and some fresh bread crumbs. looked good and simple that is on that i will most defenitely try and other one will be injected with some syrop and topped with raging river the other two well i'm still waiting if i can't get inspired on here by someone!!
thanks a million for the responses so far..mike
