to the Jerky Eggsperts who chimed in to assist! Even an old dog like me can learn a few new tricks upon occasion. This stuff is addictive, even if overcooked. Next time I'll use the plate setter and some kind of grill topper which I have yet to locate.[p]Even the aerobics queen wife loved it (97% fat free) and she is already talking about the next batch. I might finally be able to convince her that I really need a medium Egg to round out my collection. It would be the dedicated jerky machine.[p]K~G

KennyG, Your welcome to what little input I can give and my only regret is that you cannot distribute samples via e.mail...Thats a humdinger of a idea tho..convincing the wiffies of the world that each BGE is designed to do a specific cook.
