Upgraded "Egg Mates"

<p />Since I find myself out doing weekly cooking Demos these days, I had to find a pair of "Egg-Mates" to bolt back on my BGE. I found a set with weathered wood slats...so I found a couple of turkey boards for a good price and made the upgrade.[p]-Smitty

Got five of the bags you see in the picture. They look great. Great deal and it is nice to be able to support a fellow Egger[p]Also, the BGE you see in the foreground turned out some awsome ribs. Of course, the cook, Smitty, had something to do with it. :-)

I've been thinking about doing something similar, but instead of wood I want to use somethong that I can clean the grease off of. Thought about a couple poly cutting boards but then I can't set a hot grid on it. -RP
