I cooked two butts for Christmas Eve and only served one. What is the best way to store and then reheat the second one? Should I pull it now and then reheat?[p]Merry Christmas, Happy New Year and Happy Holidays

Stuart,[p]I like to pull the pork straight away and Food Saver package any that I plan to store for later.[p]I never tried storing a solid butt and would imagine that the meat is much easier to pull when it is hot.[p]There are lots of methods on the forum for reheating and all of them work great.[p]Usually, I go for the fastest way to heat it back up so I can get to EATING!!
