Have only had my egg a couple of weeks and just learning how much there is to cooking one one of these things. Never thought I would be cruising the webb looking for info and ideas on the egg as well as BBQ recipies. Before if someone had told me there was a web site that rated lump charcol I would have said get a life. Now I have ordered some recommended on the site. Is there a cure for this affliction? Where does it stop? A twelve step program maybe?[p]So how many other Wichita or Kansas eggers are on this forum?
