Morning EmandMs'Dad:[p]One for me here in sunny Florida. Here it is after about 2 hours.[p][p]and here we are a few minutes ago, after 3.5 hours. Thigh temp about 170 and breast temp about 160 (done a little quicker than I wanted, but we'll go with the flow).[p][p]Have a GREAT day!

1 20 lb bird here.

well, im working on 4. did a breast last saturday then figured that wasnt good enough, so i did a 13lb'er on sunday. now i have 2 13 lb'ers on the xl and wife has one in the oven cause she wanted stuffing. Hopefully people will pick mine clean and only eat the stuffing out of hers. I think she thinks my cook is gonna be inferior. Have one bird with shakin the tree and the other with ragin river.

My first Mad Max turkey. Turned out great. The best we ever tasted, also the most expensive. One bottle of wine for turkey and 3 bottles to drink approx 80 bucks but worth every dollar. Thanks Max.
