Good evening to all!!! Have a question on Lawnranger's poblano/cheese stuffed pork tenderloin. I found the recipe but I did not locate the setup (direct or indirect) and what temp and duration? Thanks for the help.

    I would do this direct on a raised grid at 350-400 degrees, turning occasionally, until internal temp. is 145 degrees.......
