A Good Weekend of Egging

<p />What a great weekend of Egging here in Minneapolis. Last night I did pizza and once done, I "self cleaned" the egg but also managed to cook the gasket. I will be ordering a new one tomorrow to get installed when it comes in.
Tonight, I did chicken rollups. They turned out very good and my new neighbor also got to enjoy some of it too. She is happy I just moved in and have a BGE because she is getting to enjoy some of the yummy stuff that comes off it too when I have lots of extras.

I wish I was your neighbor right now! Watching Sunday Night football... a pizza would hit the spot right NOW. Glad my computer screen isn't scratch and sniff otherwise I might try to eat the screen. LOL Have fun and keep on eggin. I cooked Pumpkin cake and burgers on my BGE today. I still haven't learned how to post pictures. I saw an earlier discussion in the forum tonight. On the gasket.....order at least two. It is always nice to have one in the bull pen waiting to help if needed. They are not too expensive and it is well worth it. Never know when you will be in a pinch over a weekend or holiday and have no access to a new gasket. Have fun!

I got some new software for my MAC Powerbook and it included a web building package. I thought last night was the perfect time to try it out. I built the entire thing in less than 2 hours. I host it on .MAC where I have an annual membership.[p]--Fonchik
