Has anyone used disposible pan/s with Mad Max's turkey technique? Just wondering if the disposible pan/s would hold up to the heat from the stove burners when making the gravy?[p]thanks a Bunch

Lovetocook,
I used one last weekend and it worked fine. Shim it up off the platesetter so it doesn't scorch. I made my gravy in a sauce pan and just scraped everything out of the throw away one. -RP

Thanks... I am a planner and I am starting to think about what I may need to cook my first Turkey on the Egg for Thanksgiving
