not an egg cook but I just wanted to share what I have been up to. I recently purchased a wood fire oven and have been reading and making countless balls of dough. This oven has been so exciting to cook on.

This is a la Piazza wood oven Toscana model. I have adopted the Ken Forkish dough recipe from the element of pizza book. I will post it shortly for you
