I bought 4 pork loins form store and they were already tied. They had alttle fat on them. Do I untie and trim the fat off or do I just go ahead and put on rub? Going to rub and put in refridge and then indirect @ 325 grate (GURU). I have a recipe for an orange marmalade-ginger baste. See everyone @ eggtoberfest. Thanks for your help.[p]Ralph

dblR, leave as is, you don't want to cut off the BEST part of the meat

Rumrunner,
Thanks. I just wanted to verify. Saw Nature Boy's cook with pics and did not look like he left fat on. [p]Ralph

dblR,
Please share the orange marmalade ginger recipe. If you are going to cook indirect, I would recomend the last 15 minutes or so direct. YUM.
