Salmon Kebabs

Options
1 1/2lbs of wild king salmon skinned, cubed and skewered with lemon. Then  hit with a rub of fresh dill, oregano, cumin and salt.  
Hit the small @425° raised direct for about 14 mins flipping once 


And plated Ted with a Greek salad
