Hope all had a great extended weekend, while remembering those who fell in the line of battle. Just a couple things to share.....some Boston Bake Beans (2 try's that included a fail) Used several recipes to zoom in on mine. I added a half of a pork collar for the pork side for flavor....and of course pulled it (pork) and stirred into the Beans. Only thing I would change is I would back off of the molasses a bit. Took to a buddy's birthday gathering / cookout.
Constructed a deep dish tonight.....and found much joy with it.
Wif and and I only knocked out half of it.
Thank you all for lookin and have a great week y'all.
