my cajun friends came for a visit and brought me some oysters. Sure are good on the egg.

I also cooked them a brisket to take home for a sunday night birthday dinner. I told him slice against the grain into pencil thick slices. I reckon they got some big ass pencils down there........

While most times I'll defer to raw, I've grilled too and they're delicious. They look delicious and the brisket, dayum man!

The oysters look awesome. Those brisket steaks look really good as well!Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.
