Redneck Burritos (Pic Heavy)

Did my first turbo pork butt today. Lots of variables. New gasket, thermometer, smokeware cap, new Honey Hog Hot from Meat Church all on a test run. First time wrapping in foil at 160. Pork turned out solid (going for a less barky presence this round)

Pulled pork, black beans, tomatoes, shredded cheese, sautéed jalapeños and potatoes, BBQ sauce, olives, queso.  Tossed back on the Blackstone to crisp up the shells. Topped with hatch chilis, green salsa, avocado, and sour cream.
