recipe for steak
Just got my BG and tried a French mustard recipe for steak. Somehow the mustard flavor was quite overpowering. Is there a tested basic way of making them that will give the authentic steak flavor? Thanks [p]Kiran

Kiran Rai, keep it basic and leave the sauce for the side, if desired.[p]I prefer my steaks rubbed with a light coating of olive oil, then a sprinkling of Kosher Salt and cracked black pepper and mebbe a tad of granualted garlic. This enhances the steak flavor rather than covering it up.

Olive oil, kosher salt and ground pepper smoked over Jack Daniels chips. The best.
