<p />It was the last night of the local county fair and the temperatures had finally dropped out of the 115° range. Someone wanted to go see the 4-H Cows and such and so the ribs got put on hold until Sunday night. Missed out of the livestock, they'd already bugged out, but that certain someone got his first taste of the mid-way. (Mom and I decided the cotton candy could wait until later but the lemonade was a hit.)[p]The ribs are on right now and later I'm going to add some fresh sweet corn for tonights feast. Oh, and the local grocery had baby backs on sale so there's two racks grilling. Going to food saver the second rack for later![p]Life is good in Missouri![p]Kelly
