Fire went out on butts

I went to bed at about 11:30 and my fire was pegged at 250 and the internal of my pork was about 182 and plateauing. I woke up about 2:30 to check it and the fire had gone out. The meat was down to 145. I rebuilt the fire and put it back on...am I into the unsafe zone here or should I be okay? Any suggestions.....?

Larry McSass,[p]You should be ok as you caught it in time. [p]Dave

Old Dave,
Do you think I still need to get it up to 195-200? Should I pull it earlier, will it be recooking some of it ?
-
Larry McSass,[p]I believe if you want that butt to pull like a regular butt, you would need to get it up to about 195 internal. However, if you want to chop or slice it, you can do that at the lower temp.[p]Dave

Old Dave,
Pork is cooked when it hits 160/180 range. You are ok,just in the reheat stage.

Larry McSass, should be fine, 182 for how long? I'd bring it back up to 190-200, then remove.
