Cooked a flat iron for dinner. It looked pretty but it was terrible...No after photos. Even my chicken wings sucked tonight.

@Photo Egg I made the flatiron recipe in Serious Barbeque last weekend and it was fantastic! Marinade includes red wine, pepper flakes, olive oil, red wine vinegar, sugar, Worcestershire sauce and garlic. I marinated close to 24 hours. Fantastic flavors. Just an idea for next time... Love "It's My Rub"!Southlake, TX and Cowhouse Creek - King, TX. 2 Large, 1 Small and a lot of Eggcessories.
