Took the Turkey Recipe and changed it up a bit. Easy, quick and delicious cook. Raised Indirect @375 to temp (approx 45-hour).

That looks fantastic. I'm excited to try that recipe and technique. Since I got the BGE a couple weeks ago, it's been more traditional low and slow smokes and cedar plank salmon, etc. It will be fun to try it with things I'd normally put in the oven.
