Curious what people make for a group of 15 or so. Looking to make something other than a turkey. I have the large BGE. Thank you!!!

Two turkeys is what we do, one egged, one fried. Fewer sides when we have a big group, but more of the ones we have.
For Christmas we've mixed it up much more, hams, beef tenderloin, prime rib, turkey, usually two of the above. You could do anything for Thanksgiving assuming your guests are ok with no turkey. I have family that wouldn't be ok with that - actually I probably wouldn't be either, but that's just me. -
I know you said "other than a turkey" but...I always do a Mad Max Turkey! Play around with the sides instead IMO.

Definitely recommend a turkey of that's what people are accustom to. I'm a big fan of Mickeys turkey rub. I have a spare egg if needed for t-day if you wanted to do turkey plus"The pig is an amazing animal. You feed a pig an apple and it makes bacon. Let's see Michael Phelps do that" - Jim Gaffigan

Weberwho, you are a generous person! Thank you! I'll go with the turkey! Once I finalize the menu I will let you know. Cheers!!

Maybe you should consider "Turducken" like John Madden used to have on the telecasts of Thanksgiving day football games. I like your MN logo. Go Vikes.

We haven't done "traditional" Thanksgivings for over 20 years.
Last year was a 5 course Italian feast (seared ribeye and grilled vegetables for the Secondo and contorno courses respectively with fresh focaccia all from the egg), we've done Moroccan lamb stew, Nihari curry with fresh naan, and much more.
This year, I'm planning a classic 7 course French feast. I haven't finalized the menu yet, but have made a couple of test batches of gougeres and they're definitely on the menu.
