Don't try this at home.  While the end product was awesome, the effort over 3.5 hours was only good if you enjoy wasted time.  Went with this recipe out of SL.
 

Too many steps for breakfast.  Hands on number is a lie, total is true. ;)

But here it is.









The springform pan I thought would be tight.  Not so, rookie belief.  Had to scoop egg mixture out of the foil lined sheet pan and put that back in springform pan.

End of the day it was a  fine meal.  Embark on this recipe if you enjoy multi step recipes or baking. 







Im no longer hungry and the college kids next door are about to get a great snack.  Happy Saturday.
