HELP NEEDED fresh tuna deal

So today we left on a little family vacation to Williamsburg VA. We won the trip in a silent auction for the leukemia and lymphoma society. So now to the tuna. On the way down the eastern shore of Maryland we stopped at the Sysco cash and carry store. A lot of stuff there but not really the place we needed to be going away for a week. After walking through most of the store we saw some tuna near the register. It was two whole fillets with skin on. It was priced right up my alley at $15 for both. As I was trying to convince my wife we needed to get this and drive 3 hours to our accommodations an employee came up and changed the price to $5. I asked what's wrong with them and when is the use by date. He told me nothing was wrong with them and they needed them gone as they are closed the next two days.
So i bought 2 of them for a total of 29# for $10. I've decided to freeze 3 whole pieces and hope to cook one tomorrow.
SO I NEED SIMPLE RECIPES as there is an old school park charcoal grill here I can use. I was thinking I would just cut into steaks and grill them. Maybe using salt and pepper as we have no other spices here.
Fire away.

Olive oil, salt, pepper and grill @ 600° on the Egg is all that I do.

Marinate in soy sauce for a little bit, sesame seeds, and a super hot grill to sear.

We pass the store on every trip, and never thought to stop. I may need to now after seeing that deal you go. Enjoy.Medium BGE , iGrill2

Do you have a cast iron pan with you? I usually do a simple 30-45 second a side sear in the cast iron personally.

No cast iron just some regular Teflon pans are in the unit. I do have access to and old school park style grill. Not much else.

1) I'd get my wife to cook it in fresh squeezed lime juice and make a ceviche out of it. Lime juice should cook it in 30 minutes, then add it to chopped onions, cilantro, tomato, cucumbers, salt, pepper and cumin.
2) Slice and eat it raw, if it's high enough grade for sushi.
3) Marinate and season, then sear fast over high heat or in a hot cast iron.
4) Pickle (quick in lime juice and salt) some veggies, such as cabbage, onions or carrots. Cook tuna, then make tacos.Large BGE, Adjustable Rig, Small BGE, 2 BBQ Guru's, 18" WSM, Rockwood, Stage 3 Roush Mustang and a hot wife...
