Mrs 3969 demanded it be put on the repeat list.  It was very good.

That looks like a great simple meal for a weeknight. Does it all cook together in the pouch?

I swear we think similarly. I made some chicken en papillote about a week ago. My son and I love largemouth bass done this way as well. It's easy, cool looking, and tastes great. Yours looks delicious.
Bean sprouts, kalamata olives, bell pepper, onion, and zucchini?

Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
"Bourbon slushies. Sure you can cook on the BGE without them, but why would you?"

Zukes run through the spiralizer, red pepper, red onion, kalamatas and garlic with a lil EVOO and S&P.

Very good looking meal.  I do Tilapia the same way (w/ EVOO, lemon slices, S&P, and rosemary sprigs).  Always very tasty!
