Found the recipe online for a knockoff version of PF Chang Mongolian Beef! http://www.food.com/recipe/p-f-changs-mongolian-beef-gluten-free-478412
Fired up the egg with spider and wok, once cooking I closed the bottom completely and closed lid when flames started licking the top to slow it down a tad. Dome was around 500 for the most part. Get the stuff ready as it's pretty fast. First up is the sauce.
Meat
Drained the meat and dumped the oil, replaced with sauce, meat and broccoli. Heat until broccoli is done and everything hot again. The meat left lots of junk stuck to the wok that needed cleaned off first. Then once done I added some water while we ate and cleaned up nice. Reapplied 2 coats of oil and set while egg cooled down. Can't wait to eat the rest tomorrow for lunch.

BRAVO! I love Mongolian Beef! PLUS I'm a real fan of a wok cook on the BGE - it's like the egg was made for woking! Of course having a "spider" and a round bottomed steel wok makes it easier! Back a few months ago I did a wok demo at my dealer's shop one Saturday to show eggers how easy it was was.

@RRP Thanks, they are a fun cook! Only thing missing was some green onion to top it with.

Oh yeah! You rocked that meal. I'm pretty sure I could eat Chinese food and beef jerky everyday for the rest of my life and never get sick of it.
