Spicy Shrimp n Zoodles

I needed a blast from the past. This fits the bill. 3/4lb of shrimp wokked with garlic,ginger and red pepper flakes. Removed and zoodles,garlic & ginger go in. Everything back in with a few cherry tomatoes and a hit of lemon juice.

Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
