In an earlier post I was debating about which rub to use. Well I used shakin the tree Beta 1.5, and Raising the Steaks but forgot which was which. Some damn scientist I am. [p]Anyway, I EEVO, salt pepper and rub per the T-rex method. They both came out awesome![p][p][p]
