Himalayan Salt Plate Suggestions Please

Happy weekend Eggers! I just purchased a salt plate at the local BGE dealer. I'm cooking burgers around 6:00. However, I really want to try something on the salt plate. We have squash and zucchini from the garden. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Well....the egg is fired up and I will cook burgers for the the kids shortly. I'm also frying up some bacon that will go with the squash and zucchini sandwiches a little later. Pictures will follow.

Scallops are good. Also what chubbs said except with thin slices of a good steak. Sprinkle some japanese 7-spice on them, lightly sear and eat at table as you cook.
