Himalayan Salt Plate Suggestions Please

Happy weekend Eggers!  I just purchased a salt plate at the local BGE dealer.  I'm cooking burgers around 6:00.  However, I really want to try something on the salt plate.   We have squash and zucchini from the garden.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
