Moink Balls

I have been requested to make moink balls for a fiesta tomorrow, However, I won't be able to make them that morning and have to get them done tonight and store them. What's the best way to prepare them tomorrow. Should I not brush them with the sauce until tomorrow and reheat on a gasser or is there a better way? Thanks.

You can make them start to finish on the gasser if you must, but I'd cook them all the way up to the sauce and re-Egg part. Sauce on the gasser to finish.
