So every Thursday night there is an auction near me. A few weeks ago I scored the two Dutch ovens for under $6. The lodge looks like it may have never been used. Last week right as I got there they were at a table with an electric pressure cooker. It's a faberware 4 qt. decided to try it out today to make chicken and rice for our dog who is not feeling well. This cost me a total of $2.33. I think I've done pretty well the last few weeks. The lid on the other Dutch oven is not the correct one but I figured it might work on one of my other pans. I need to do some scrubbing and re seasoning.

I was thrilled with how well it cooked the chicken breast in 20 min. Also did rice in the PC and in 30 min it was perfect rice. I guess now I need to do some internet searching for recipes.
