Lobster Victory!

My wife likes the food off the egg but always preferred steamed lobster instead of grilled.  Until last night!

i prepped these with sea salt, cracked pepper, oil and thyme.   Cooked 400 raised direct meat side down for about 6 minutes than flipped and basted with butter, salt and pepper another 3-4 minutes.    

Came out perfect and SWMBO says this her new fave way to enjoy!

    Looks great.  NB has the best lobster in the world!  I was born and raised there.  I thought it was against the law to put butter on lobster in NB  =) Would love to try these but there is no such thing as a good lobster in Ontario.
