Are you saying that you cooked that in an SV for 45 days before grilling it?

and a BBQ Guru temp controller.
Medium BGE in custom modified off-road nest.

marysvilleegger : I have the same Anova and used it this weekend. Have you ever noticed condensation developing under the glass? Trying to figure out what to do about it (if anything)

Sorry for the confusion guys... Dry aged 45 days then SV for 4 hrs.
@TheBrewerMoose -- this was only my second time using. Haven't noticed and yet.....
