First Pizza: Tuesday lunch

Egged my first pizza today.  I went plate setter legs up, grate, bricks, stone.  While the egg was preheating I prepped the pie.  I put semolina flour on the peel and shaped the dough.  I used Tiseo's dough that I bought frozen at the store.  I crumbled some Italian sausage and put that on top of Contadina sauce.  I topped it all off with shredded mozzarella.  Once the Egg had preheated at 500 for a half hour, I threw it on and in about ten minutes it was good to go.  It was really good.  Thanks to the tips on this site, my first pizza was a success!
