1) BLT Pizza, 12 inch dough rolled/tossed  to 14/15 inch ( we like thin crust ) with just 50/50 prov/mottz no sauce and par cooked bacon baked at 500 until well done then lettuce, tomatoe, bacon and mayo tossed and added to the slices.
