my wife made awesome tacos. Refroed beans, fresh quac
Than an I put on my fort beer can chicken ( I normally spatch, but I wanted something new.
Finally, I threw on a corned beef brisket that's been soaking for a couple days.
Part of it will be for sandwiches. Part of it cubes for corned beef hash

my new dexter knife is amazing. Really glad I ordered it. I was getting super this slices for sandwich meat
Finally. Here is the cubes mixed with cubed red potatoes and onion for breakfast the next few days
