Tonight I took 3 sheeken breast and made a pocket to put the ham & Swiss in. On the small at 425 raised and just starting to glaze with a honey/course mustard glaze
The hot box in the house took care of zuke fries. I sticked out the zukes then hit with egg,panko and parm

That is exactly how I did it. Hand on top like I was splitting it in half just for the feel. Just mixed roughly 2 tablespoons of honey,2 tablespoons of Dijon Course Ground mustard,about 1 teaspoon of soy sauce. Just keep adding till you like the taste.
