We have been trying to get in touch with them to buy a pallet. However we have had no response from them. Has anyone had trouble getting in touch with them???

I went right to my BGE dealer and ordered a pallet through them. I think they charged me cost plus $50 if I recall correctly.LG. BGE Straight up Cheese head from Little Chute, WI

I have always gotten a fast response from the emails listed on the website. Just received a pallet in late October.
