A chilly 4 Celsius / 41 Fahrenheit today. Time for a big ol' 8 lb. inside round Chili cook. Keeping the mist off with hits of Woodford Double Oak. More pics through the progress!

@Durangler Thanks although I've lost control of the cook. My crazy Italian darling, just took over the heat portion of the mix. Here's 10 jalapeño, 5 scotch bonnet, 4 banana and 10 chili peppers ground together, seeds in, ready to go. This is for a fund raising Chili cook for the United Way at work. Perhaps I'll lose a few co-workers - ain't all bad I suppose
