The wife and I were in the mood
for something a little . . .



Soooo . . .
Cholula Hot Sauce, a little cumin, and a little onion salt under the drum skins.



Drums' skins back in place with a little jerk sauce marinade, granulated garlic, 
and plenty of cayenne pepper to top it off.


In the fridge overnight
(rain delay . . . plus windy as heck)


Well worth the extra coupla minutes' prep work!
