Pepper nuts, unite!
Well , I just threw down on a ten pound box of mild Hatch chile peppers. No way am I going to be able to eat that many before they go bad. So, either stop by and grab a handful or lemme know a good way to preserve them.

Roast them. Then peel, remove stems. Puree them. Portion out and freeze for later use.Southeast Florida - LBGE
