Gettin the Wok Hot - Spicy Chicken and Pineapple

Cubed up chicken breast and marinated in fish sauce,red pepper flakes and cornstarch. Then chopped up some sweet peppers,ginger and garlic while the pineapple drains in the sink.
Meanwhile the large is humming along at 550° just waiting to join the party.
Chicken with some extra pepper flakes gettin happy
Chicken is out and the garlic n ginger go in followed by the tri color of sweet peppers
Then in goes the pineapple
Then the chicken goes back in with some sweet chili sauce
And ready to eat with some rice

Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
