Looks great.
Just a few questions on your setup.
Are the two grids fixed together? I use a homemade extended grid on my large and it just sits on top of lower grid. Easy to remove and put back on.
How long are your bolts?
Do you have to remove thermo when using the extended rack?

Yes the two are fixed and easy to take appart, at bottom i use the bolts that you can easily tighten by hand, not sure how you call these. The thermo stay's as is i will make some detailed photo if you are interested, i also made one with smaller grit that i can just put on the big one as you mentioned, but with this size you need to center it in the dome, otherwise you get problems with closing etc. or damage the dome.BGE MiniMax Rocks!
