then rested the meat while getting the Medium fired up.

Nice looking piece of meat and one of my favorite cooks. I cooked one last week and dusted it with Fiesta Faquita rub. It was outstanding, but all TT is outstanding.
Any road will take you there if you don't know where you're going.

I like it. Tried it on a pork chop a few days ago and this. Coffee, cumin, and little kick, nice blend of flavors. I'll definitely be buying a bottle when it comes out, and looking forward to trying it on burgers and stuff.SSN686 said:Morning Basscat:
