Getting tired of my poor man's raised grid....I'm waiting for the balancing beer cans to topple and my food tumble into the firey abyss!

3 types of drummies - salt/pepper/onion/garlic powder - my last mild rib rub - and ancho/paprika/cayenne rub.  400 was a little hot at first as the brown sugar in the ancho rub was getting a little dark. Let it dip to about 375 raised direct for about 40 min. Some fresh corn with chive butter and an IPA on the side. Glad to have a little extra time on a Wednesday night!
