As usual I need some input on the best way to a prime rib. The one I got is boneless and I need to know how to season..sear...and do the final cook along with temps. Thanks in advance. Mik ( we're over 16 Hrs. of sunshine) of Alaska

Mik of Alaska,
I always did mine with a low and slow cook first with a 250 dome till 125, and let it rest for about 15 minutes till the Egg got to sear temps, then sear to a nice crust, rest covered in foil, then serve.

Mik of Alaska,
here is a link to how i do them (bone-in or boneless, doesn't matter). ...with sear then roast at 325, it takes about 15 - 16 minutes per pound for medium rare. .. .
